.ddd files and tachograph data stored on the device.
- Internet Access: To enable optional data retrieval or updates.
- USB/OTG Access: To read tachograph card data via compatible USB or OTG readers.
These permissions are used solely for the App’s intended purpose and never for data collection or tracking.

TahoReader complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- No personal data is collected, stored, or shared.
- Users’ privacy is respected at all times.
- Users may contact the developer directly for any privacy-related inquiries.
- The App was developed using Flutter.
- The launcher icon was generated with Copilot.
- Approximately 90% of the code was written by Android Studio’s Gemini agent under the developer’s supervision.
- All application logic and data handling design were created by the developer.

- The App does not include inappropriate content.
- The App does not display ads or use tracking technologies.

8. Third-Party Services (OpenStreetMap)
TahoReader uses OpenStreetMap (OSM) to display geographical data and GNSS records.
- Data Retrieval: To display maps, the App downloads “map tiles” directly from OpenStreetMap’s servers. During this process, OpenStreetMap may receive technical information such as your IP address and device type, which is standard for any internet-based request.
- No Data Sharing: TahoReader does not share your tachograph data, personal identity, or specific driver activities with OpenStreetMap.
- Privacy Policy: The use of map data is subject to OpenStreetMap’s own privacy terms. You can find more information on their official Privacy Policy page.
